For too long, women have been left to figure out menopause on their own. Dismissed by doctors, overwhelmed by misinformation, and isolated in their experiences. I know how it feels to wonder if what you're going through is normal, or if you're the only one.
My mission is simple: to give women ages 35 to 60 and beyond the understanding and support they deserve.
Through resources, community, and personalized coaching, I help women feel seen, heard, and finally understood, so menopause becomes a season of strength, not struggle.
Hi, I'm Amy Benjamin Moore.
For 31 years, I was an educator, the person who showed up with answers. Then my own body taught me something no classroom ever could: understanding yourself is power, and no one hands you that understanding in menopause.
I never heard my grandmothers, my mother, or my aunts talk about menopause. Not once. I want to be a different voice for my daughters, my nieces, and yours.
Today, I help women connect the dots between symptoms that feel random, confusing, or dismissed, so they can finally understand what's happening in their bodies and advocate for the care they deserve.
Because the truth is, most women were never given the full picture.
That's why I wrote Hot Flashes & Cold Truths, created educational resources, and became a menopause coach and advocate.
