A Mission to Help Women Feel Seen, Heard, and Supported

For too long, women have been left to “figure out” menopause on their own — dismissed by doctors, overwhelmed by misinformation, and isolated in their experiences. I know how it feels to wonder if what you’re going through is normal, or if you’re the only one.

My mission is simple: to give women ages 35–60 the clarity, confidence, and support they deserve.

Through resources, community, and personalized coaching, I help women feel seen, heard, and empowered to take charge of their health — so menopause becomes a season of strength, not struggle.

Why I’m Committed to Helping Women in Menopause

Hi I’m Amy Benjamin Moore. I am an empty-nester of three and a dog-mom of two! Though I am so grateful for what I have; the challenges that menopause brought to my life were difficult.

No one talks about it!  I never heard my grandmothers, aunt, great-aunts, or my mom talk about menopause and their journey.  I want to be a voice and help others talk about it.  We need to do better for our own daughters, nieces, or granddaughters.

I empower women in menopause to create self-care habits allowing them to live their best lives guilt-free.

I am also sharing product resources, book recommendations, and/or service recommendations that have helped me or others with our symptoms and journey. I am not a doctor.  I do not claim to cure or solve symptoms.  

I am here as a mentor that has traveled the journey so that those that follow me do not have to feel alone or feel they are re-inventing the wheel.
